After years in the staffing industry, I was able to identify several hurdles to employment for individuals with criminal backgrounds, mental, and physical disabilities. Traditional staffing and HR practices are full of hurdles and shortcomings which do not allow for people with employment barriers to simply get in front of employers and represent their skills and abilities to the fullest.
The goal of WorkSolved is to bridge the gap between employees and employers by leveraging personal relationships and industry knowledge. Through this practice, we've found we can match and mold employers' needs with employees' skills and abilities to create long-term gainful employment benefiting both parties.
